Agrishow '1994–н.в.

The Agrishow is an international agricultural technology fair, held annually at the Experimental Farm (Fazenda Experimental in Portuguese), in the city of Ribeirão Preto, State of São Paulo, about 315 km from the capital São Paulo. It is considered the largest fair of agricultural technology in Latin America. The first edition occurred in May 4, 1994.

Expointer

The Expointer is a Brazilian agricultural show, held annually at the Assis Brasil Exhibition Park (Parque de Exposições Assis Brasil in Portuguese), located in the city of Esteio, in the metropolitan area of Porto Alegre, capital of the State of Rio Grande do Sul. It is considered the largest livestock show in Latin America.

Brief history:

In February 24, 1901 occurred the 1st Exhibition of Farm Products (1ª Exposição de Produtos do Estado in Portuguese), in the city of Porto Alegre, held at the pavilions of Campo da Redenção (Redemption Field - currently known as Farroupilha Park) and the pavillions of UFRGS (Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, the State of Rio Grande do Sul Federal University).
In 1909 the show changes its name to Porto Alegre Agricultural Show (Exposição Agropecuária de Porto Alegre in Portuguese), held at Prado Rio-Grandense, the grounds where later would be constructed the Menino Deus Exhibition Park.
In 1972 the show changes its name and location again. Now known as Expointer, gaining international recognition, held at the then recently opened Esteio Park (later renamed the Assis Brasil Exhibition Park), in the city of Esteio, 20km from the capital Porto Alegre.
